Surprisingly entertaining

Yes, gays get their fair share of the bad jokes, but the show itself is OTT gay camp and everyone seems to know it. The first half of the show was never-a-dull-moment. Happily, Leslie Gore was the guest star during my visit and hearing her belt out You Don't Own Me was a highlight. Generally the stage craft, costumes, and enthusiasm of the geriatric hoofers was top-notch, but the show bogged down and became a bore during the "patriotic" finale - I got to practice silent clapping during the final 30 minutes. Expensive tickets, but you can get "friends and family" rates if you visit their tent in front of the theater during the street fair that takes place every Thu night. Glad I saw it - once - and, if you want to see actual veteran dancers from The Carol Burnett Show era, better do it soon.

Totally Degrading to Gay and Lesbian People

In this day and age, and in a city as gay-friendly as Palm Springs, how could anyone come up with the incredibly degrading and insulting anti-LGBT humor of this show? I am there with my lifelong partner of 30+ years and we almost stood up and started screaming at the incredibly rude, Neanderthal attitude the show has towards gay people. Whoever is responsible for scripting this show should be forced to take a sensitivity training program. Of course the entire show's humor is bawdy, racy, and insulting in a Don Rickles sort of way, but the producers go out of their way to make gay and lesbian people feel humiliated, and then parade the American flag and patriotism at the end of the show. Thank goodness these dinosaurs are on their way out!

A Las Vegas Review Show but "different" !

With all the glitz and glitter of Las Vegas with just one little difference! The performers are all "mature citizens" and the ladies as well as gentlemen can sign and dance better than most of the young ones can in Las Vegas! A wonderful show !
