We, Trans Community Project, are hosting this years event in partnership with The LGBT Center Of The Desert, Equality California, Human Rights Campaign, Palm Springs Pride & National Center for Lesbian Rights. At this event, we will have information there pertaining to Issues surrounding the Trans Community.
