Warm Sands Villas is located in the center of gay guest house area of Palm Springs. The good news is a friendly staff with bright and updated rooms. However, this place is a little pricy and is quiet in the evenings.

Friendly Management and All-around Pleasant Place

I could not decide if I should give Warm Sands Villas 3 stars or 4. I opted for 4 stars mostly because of the charming management here. I have stayed here twice and every single employee treated me as if I were a guest in his home--charming and friendly and pleasant. The room I stayed in had kind of a casita feel to it. Most of the other visitors were mature men, and consequently the sexual heat level here is on the low side. The description indicates that you can enjoy the sun on the rooftop deck, but I never noticed a rooftop deck, so I am not sure about that. Overall, I had a good time, and I would recommend Warm Sands Villas to the more mature traveler who is looking for a calmer atmosphere.
