Friendly Place, Needs new Decor.

I was there for Pride 2 days ago, and decide this hotel since it is a sponsor. Reasonable price, a suite for 5 people total $113.00/ day, incl taxes. Free breakfast was good/ helpful. Staff super friendly and supportive when we left for parade with rainbow colors and gadgets. ROOMS IN DESPERATE NEED OF UPDATED, KITCHEN APPLIANCES FROM DE EARLY 70'S, CARPET WAS DIRTY AND WEAR OFF, URGENT NEED OF NEW BEDS, CURTAINS, BED SHEETS. All though hotel was at its full capacity, our request for extra towels and bed sheets for sofa bed was promptly attended.
