BlueBoy gave this placeCold and SterileI stopped in on a recent visit to PS to see this very small Inn. It does look freshly remodeled with a few bright orange umbrellas scattered by the pool. There was one person sunning by the pool on a cell phone otherwise it was very quiet. But honestly it does not have much charm and one of the Hosts who I spoke to was rather cold and uninviting when I stopped in for a quick tour for a future stay. He just said "go on our website" offered no tour of the grounds (perhaps because there weren't any) I don't think I'll be staying here. It also felt like the hosts were intrusive about the comings and goings of guests as their office was right in front of the pool. It just did not feel cozy...
strees gave this placeGreat Bear Resort in Palm SpringsThis was our first time staying at the Bearfoot Inn. It was a fun place. The rooms were clean and completely remodeled. The pool and hot tub area has lots of sunlight and was alive with cute bears. It's within walking distance to the downtown bars and restaurants. We'd definitely stay there the next time we're in Palm Springs.
