Equality March for Unity and Pride - Palm Springs

The Equality March for Unity and Pride will be the Greater Palm Springs rally and march in Solidarity with the national march in Washington DC. All are encouraged to raise your voice locally.

Music 5:30-6:30pm
Rally 6:30-7:30pm at Frances Stevens Park
March @ 7:30pm steps off at Alejo, south on Palm Canyon to Arenas.

The rally & march is in response to the imminent threat against our values, accomplishments and Human Rights. The aim is to send a message to the Federal, State and Local level, that we are united in our fight against bigotry, discrimination and hate. It is also meant to create solidarity with all marginalized communities in ensuring that our Rights are not violated, progress is not rolled back and discriminatory policies are not planned or implemented.

The rally will not only to give voice to our concerns, but to support, uplift, and bring attention to our brothers and sisters who are most marginalized. We recognize that we are a diverse community whose needs and goals may sometimes differ. But at the same time, we are unified by our common goals of human rights and dignity for all.

This will be an ALL inclusive and peaceful event!

Let’s make this truly a National March for Unity and Pride that spreads from coast to coast and shows solidarity through our Pride movement.
