Very Nice Very Expensive
I took a tour of the Hacienda and will say that the rooms are over the top nice. The grounds are simple and plain. the staff is snobbish, they have two pools. one was heated and the other one was not.. it's a refreshing pool.. WHAT THE *&$@. It's freaking November and the pool was freezing. The Rates were the highest in town plus they have an additional 18% fee plus the 11.5% city tax. The rooms are really nice they are actually like a one room appartment with full kitchen. Who the hell needs all that on vacation. I stayed at an equally nice MUCH better grounds and a very nicely heated pool. and saved tons of money. If you win the lottery this is the place for you.
Absolutely Perfect.
It is rare that you find a resort that gets it all right- but if you stumble onto the Hacienda- you have stumbled onto perfection. The rooms are beautiful- huge comfortable beds - flat screen tvs - great DVD collection - a kitchenette with a welcome basket. The two pools are perfectly heated and the view of the mountains as you lounge by the pool all day are magical. Breakfast and lunch are included in your rate - and it is nice to not have to leave at all during the day - just relax and relax some more. The owners and staff go beyond the pale in making sure every part of your experience is beyond phenomenal. Easily the best place to stay in Palm Springs- and clothing optional to boot.

I spent 3 days here with my husband and had a super great time. The free breakfast and lunch was delicious. The room was superb and other guests were most cordial.

This place was fab... $$$, but nice breakfast and lunch. The rooms are fab. Great staff. If I return to Palm Springsn, this is the only place we would stay. You get what you pay for. And you can do a day pass elsewhere.

Great place! Smaller resort (10 units), but clean, comfortable, good food, nice amenities (pool, spa), and fantastic staff.
