You Won't Be Disappointed
Was in PS over the Easter Holiday..We ate there twice in two wks. Both days were packed...This is the NEW HOT SPOT..the food is great they have the best "Calamari"....Double thumbs-up. & the drinks were not watered down...everything modestly priced. Will go again when in town..
Palm Springs' trendiest hipster gay restaurant
High style with substance, no wonder it's packed all the time. Contemporary decor and fine art sets the tone. Excellent service from their handsome, well-trained staff. Attentive, yet unobtrusive. The food is all about flavor and freshness. Prices are reasonable for the quality. You're likely to be engaged in conversation by the friendly patrons who are a mix of local professionals and upscale hipsters. Their bar is always hopping during dinner service. Located in "NoPa," the city's hippest stretch of galleries and designer boutiques. Largely gay clientele, but straight-friendly.
TRIO - One of our regular stops
We have dined at TRIO probably half a dozen times now. You will probably need a reservation on a Friday or Saturday night - it gets packed. The roasted chicken dish is my favorite, while the Pork Chop or the Pot Roast are a close second. We always try to get a table with Travis. He's our favorite waiter. We will continue to eat at TRIO when we venture out to the desert. Yum!
