The Desert's Longest Running Leather Bar

The cruise bar for those into leather, latex, bears, musclemen, cigars... the list goes on for this fetish cruise bar. Friday and Saturday nights are DJ'd, and the bar hosts a wide array of fetish events, including Palm Springs Leather Pride in November. The Barracks plans to add a sports bar, Jocks, in late 2007, that will share the largest gay bar patio in the Desert.

This bar was really better when it was Wolf's. The plus is that the patio is larger and Sunday afternoon is the popular Beer Bust. However, it has turned into the the place with the worst music, hottest beer and ugliest men in town. I don't even see a food rating posted anywhere in the bar. The music is non-stop divas at ear piercing levels. Not so good for what is supposed to be a mans bar. Not so many here into leather. So why push it. The owners need to get a better idea on what this bar could be and do it.

This place is hopping especially on Sunday afternoons. I always meet such nice guys here whenever I visit. Real down to earth men who know what they are looking for. Nice job with the new outdoor patio..very nice.
