I have eaten here at least 25 times, and never had anything that wasn't great---just like the staff, the ambience, and the vibe. Like Havana before Castro.

If your on a date & want to make an impression I would go there..Service was cordial found them to be attentive..but I do agree the food wasn't that great..Would I go back?..Yes, but only for the tropical atmosphere that I liked its located @ the north-end of town...

Just OK

Love the outside bar! I had a lovely time while dining here with several friends. However, all 5 of us agreed that the service was decent, cocktails good, but the food was less than great for the money you will spend. Bland and uninteresting...they really need to pick up the pace, in my humble opinion. I will go back, but, mostly for drinks at the outside bar.

Had a great server. Good wine by the glass. Nice outdoor space. Very average food.

I've never had a bad experience here and have dined at Tropicale at least a dozen times. The food isn't great but the value received for the price charged is good. Atmosphere is excellent, one of a kind in the Valley, and I've found all the servers to be friendly if slightly inattentive (not Matt, however!!). My reservations have always been honored. A fun spot for drinks or dinner.
